Dr. Penny Forman joined Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, P.C. in June 2001. After growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, she completed her undergraduate training Magna Cum Laude at Washington University in St. Louis. She graduated from medical school at the University of Cincinnati and then went to Southwestern University in Dallas for her pediatric internship and residency. She has been in private practice in pediatrics since 1990. Dr. Forman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her background includes caring for high-risk newborns and children with special needs. Dr. Forman lives in Alpharetta with her husband and two children, Evan and Elyse. She enjoys tennis, mah-jongg, and volunteering. Dr. Forman is currently available to see patients at the Johns Creek office.
